Hi, I’m Rachel!
Most people think health is all about genetics. But here’s the truth: genetics only account for about 10% of your health. The other 80-90%? That’s lifestyle.

After 28 years as a dietitian, I’ve seen firsthand that food is more powerful than any drug. The choices you make every day have the power to completely transform your health and well-being.

A few years ago, I experienced this transformation myself. My body started to change, and the strategies that had always worked for me no longer did. Frustrated, I dove into research on food and hormones, and by making a few key changes to my diet, I saw incredible results. My hot flashes subsided, my weight stabilized, and my sleep improved dramatically.

As a busy mom of three, I know how challenging it can be to stay healthy when life feels like a whirlwind. I’ve eaten more meals out of a cooler than at my dining room table! That’s why I’ve made it my mission to simplify nutrition for women like you—women who are busy, active, and ready to take back control of their health.

Today, I help women achieve hormone balance, develop sustainable habits, and break free from emotional eating. My approach is all about making nutrition practical, realistic, and designed for long-term success.
