Hello,  I'm Rachel!

I am a dietitian, wife and busy mom of 3.  I have been helping my clients with nutrition and weight loss for over 27 years.  When I made the shift from teaching calories and portions to hormone balance, everting changed.  I saw improvements in my own health and that of my clients.  I now teach a specific nutrition method that address hormone balance when managing weight.

It is my passion to help you understand how to fuel your body for the rest of your life.  When you understand how food works in your body, you will have mastery of nutrition, and good nutrition is the foundation of all health.
